About Relax Residence: a Guesthouse on Thoddoo Island, Maldives
Relax Residence is a small guesthouse in the centre of Thoddoo, a local island in the Alif Alif Atoll of the Maldives. It has been welcoming guests since 2015 and is managed by its owners, Nazwan Ali and Ibrahim Shanix.

Who we are
Relax Residence opened in 2015 on Thoddoo, a small island where everything is within a short walk: the beaches, local cafés, shops and the harbour. We have 14 air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant on the property and a courtyard where guests meet after a day of snorkeling or relaxing on the beach.
We run the guesthouse in a simple way: clean rooms, honest information about the island, and a team that helps with transfers, excursions and any question you have before or during your stay.

Nazwan Ali
Founder, owner and General Manager
Nazwan Ali founded Relax Residence in 2015 and manages the guesthouse. Guests can reach the team directly on WhatsApp, and he replies to guest reviews on Tripadvisor as General Manager. If something needs attention during your stay, you talk to the people who run the place.

Location and getting here
The guesthouse is on Shaheed Ali Hingun street in the middle of Thoddoo. Thoddoo Beach is about 650 m away, restaurants and shops are within a few minutes’ walk, and the island is small enough to explore on foot or by bicycle.
Velana International Airport in Malé is about 68 km away in a straight line. Most guests arrive by speedboat from Malé or by ferry. We can arrange the transfer for an additional charge. See transfer details, getting around and excursions.
