Theft on Todd
If we are talking about some illegal things in the Maldives, then rest assured, here the law will most often be on the side of the tourist. And as for the issue of theft on the fabulous island of Toddoo, there is simply none from the local population. None at all. This is what makes these resorts attractive to hundreds and thousands of tourists who want to see a fairy tale.
But even in such a positive story there is a fly in the ointment. The owners of hotels on the island of Thoddoo cannot be held responsible for the behavior of their guests outside the hotel:
- on the beach;
- in a restaurant.
BUT! There has never been a report about anyone being able to steal anything from the island. Tourists are relaxing, and the locals are just helping them with that.
We, as the owners of the Relax Residence hotel, will ensure full protection of our tourists from such incidents. We will provide all possible assistance in solving any such issue. Also, even if the case of theft was not confirmed, and in fact the tourist simply forgot/lost his thing somewhere, we will help find the loss with our own efforts!
